L’Entropiste is the experimental perfume house of master perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour. Inspired by the scientific idea of entropy, the collection explores how tension and imbalance between materials can give rise to unexpected harmony.
Each fragrance reveals a different facet of this philosophy. Bright citrus dissolves into incense smoke, delicate powders settle into warm skin, and airy musks drift into pale woods and amber. Duchaufour treats perfume as a living structure, allowing contrasts between notes to evolve gradually across the skin.
