I just picked up a copy of Untethered Soul: The Journey Beyond Yourself by Michael A. Singer from a nearby second hand book shop, and always decoding scripture for ancient wisdom.
The last five songs you listened to?
This is interesting, I don't usually listen to music, I prefer meditating in silence, but I love Chopin, Mozart, David Bowie or anything from the 80’s
Latest film recommendation?
On YouTube I’ve been binge-watching occult symbolism and laws of the universe type stuff, but my favourite movies are The Shawshank Redemption, Pulp Fiction and Step Brothers.
Working on anything exciting?
I'm constantly prepping the future me, working on being the best version of myself mentally physically spiritually and emotionally, meditating, lifting heavy things, journaling and growing with my kids.
Smell you’re loving most at the moment?
I’m obsessed with smells and smell everything along my path but it’s always about sunshine, skin, dogs, mom's cooking and Mitsouko.
