Perfume is more than a product: it is a story, an art form and a rare intimacy. Everything here is imported in small quantities from independent perfumers, most of whom make in batches of a few hundred. Sainte Cellier is not a bargain counter, and the policies below exist so that it doesn't have to become one.
Complimentary samples
Orders of £100 or more in full-size, full-price perfume receive three complimentary 2ml samples. If your order is eligible, please feel free to include the samples you'd like wth your order or send them to me via email.
Discounted and promotional orders do not include samples.
The welcome discount
Subscribing to my newsletter gets you 10% off your first order of £50 or more.
It is a one-time thank-you for inviting me into your inbox — one per customer, not one per email address and not a coupon that regenerates.
Houses excluded from discount codes
Discount codes cannot be applied to Marissa Zappas, Nostos, Odette Parfum Co., St. Clair Scents or American Perfumer. These four are imported under special arrangements, and discounting them would mean I could no longer bring them into the UK at all.
If a welcome code is misused
Where an order arrives with a welcome code the customer isn't entitled to — a second welcome code, one generated through an additional email address or one belonging to somebody else — I will write to you first and offer the simplest remedy: pay the difference between what you were charged and the correct price, and your order ships as normal.
If that balance is not settled within 7 days, the order is cancelled and refunded less a handling charge of 20% of the order value.
This is a condition of the discount, not a claim for costs.
Where misuse is repeated or deliberate, I may also decline future orders.
