Les Indémodables' Rémi and Valérie Pulvérail in Conversation with Persolaise

An Evening in Conversation

Friday 6th November, 2026 | from 6:30pm

Sainte Cellier is delighted to welcome Rémi and Valérie Pulvérail of Les Indémodables to our studio showroom, in conversation with Persolaise, Dariush Alavi, one of the most thoughtful critical voices writing about perfume today.

Valérie founded the house around an idea contained in its name: indémodable, something that never goes out of style. Rémi is its President, and the founder of L'Atelier Français des Matières, the laboratory where the perfumes are made, and where the Grand Cru materials behind them are sourced, selected and developed.

That is what makes this a conversation worth sitting down for: a house that returns to the enduring structures of French perfumery, chypre, fougère, rose, musk, vanilla, ambergris,  and rebuilds them with materials it has made itself.

The interview will be followed by an open Q&A, so bring your questions.

Tickets are £20 and are fully redeemable against any Les Indémodables purchase on the night. Refreshments provided.

Space is limited to fifteen guests. If your plans change and you can no longer attend, please let us know so we can offer your place to someone on the waitlist. These evenings are small by design and every seat matters.
