MAGNOLIA DE BLEU | 青水木兰

Eau de Parfum

Magnolia de Bleu is built from memory rather than imitation. Instead of recreating a single magnolia, it gathers fragments of scent drawn from different species and moments, tracing them back to a shared impression of white blossom under a clear spring sky.

At its centre is Michelia Alba LMR, derived from white champaca grown in Guangxi. Its profile moves between fresh white floral, green fruit and a faint creamy softness. Around it, citrus and orange blossom introduce brightness, while jasmine expands the floral body, giving the composition presence and dimension.

A gentle fruit nuance emerges through rhubarb, chosen to keep the composition clear and translucent rather than overly rounded. White magnolia is reconstructed through headspace technology, adding a lifelike, airy quality that moves through the structure.

Composed by Carlos Benaïm, whose work spans decades of modern perfumery, the fragrance balances material richness with clarity of form. Each element remains distinct, yet held in equilibrium.

Magnolia de Bleu carries the impression of white blossoms in full light. Clear, fluid and continuous, with a structure that holds from beginning to end.

Ingredients marked with an * are natural materials. LMR refers to a line of high-quality, sustainably sourced natural ingredients developed exclusively by IFF. For an ingredient to qualify as LMR, every stage—from plant cultivation and harvesting to extraction—must adhere to strict principles of sustainability: protecting natural resources and ecosystems, supporting the local economies where the plants are grown, safeguarding the rights of producers, and ensuring responsible development throughout the entire supply chain.
