Returns:
Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are not accepted for change of mind, duplicates, or fragrance preference. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will replace the item or provide a refund where appropriate.
Refunds:
Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival.
Order Cancellations:
Cancellation requests can be submitted via email, but will be subject to a 10% administration fee if granted.
Sainte Cellier fragrances are artisan‑made in small quantities and undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch. We regret that we cannot accept returns for change of mind, duplicate purchases, or fragrance preference.
Faulty or damaged items will be replaced at our discretion and only where the following conditions are met:

Notification within 2 days of receipt by email, quoting your order number.

Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect upon opening your parcel, showing the product and all original packaging.

The item must be in unused condition with the cap or atomiser never removed or tampered with.

All original packaging and inserts must be retained for inspection.
Where any seal has been broken, the atomiser removed, or the item otherwise opened, Sainte Cellier reserves the right to refuse a replacement.
These measures are in place to protect all customers by ensuring product integrity and hygiene standards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For orders sent with complimentary shipping, the actual cost of postage paid by us will be deducted from the refund amount.

Hygiene & Returns Policy for Fragrance
Due to the nature of fragrance as a personal, skin‑contact product, returns can only be accepted if the item remains completely unused and in its original, unopened condition. For the purposes of hygiene and health protection:

Opening the box or packaging constitutes use. This applies even if no cellophane seal is present, as many of our brands are committed to sustainable, low‑waste packaging.

For brands that use non‑traditional packaging (including open or block‑style formats such as Rubini), any removal of the bottle from its original housing will be considered as opened.

Once opened, handled, or tested, the item is no longer eligible for return under any circumstances.
We regret that we cannot accept returns where packaging has been opened, the bottle has been handled, or the protective fitments have been removed — even if the fragrance has not been sprayed.
This policy ensures that every client receives their fragrance in pristine, untouched condition, as intended.
Order Cancellations
All orders placed with Sainte Cellier are considered final once confirmed at checkout. Due to the nature of our products and the small‑batch, limited‑availability nature of our collections, we regret that we cannot accept cancellation requests for any reason other than where an item is proven to be faulty under our Faulty Goods Policy.
This applies equally to:
Change of mind after purchase
Duplicate orders
Fragrance preference
Orders placed in error
Pre-orders, including those affected by extended production or fulfilment timelines
Pre-ordered items are reserved against limited production allocations from our partner houses. Once a pre-order is placed, the allocation is committed and cannot be released. Estimated wait times provided at the time of purchase are indicative only and may be subject to change. Variations in lead time do not constitute grounds for cancellation.
Where an order is eligible for return under our Faulty Goods Policy, a replacement will be provided; we do not offer refunds. All cancelled orders incur a 10% administration fee.
