Devil's Delight is the evolution of Tobacco Sun, one of the earliest compositions in the Sentire x Sainte Cellier collection. Perfumer Nata Dyshliuk spent over a year developing a black cherry accord worthy of sitting alongside her beloved honey-glazed tobacco fragrance, and the result is something irresistibly warm and unapologetically indulgent.
The opening is boozy and bright: davana, with its top-shelf spirits character, crushed black cherry and sparkle of Ceylon cinnamon. The heart deepens into precious tobacco absolute and a signature dried fruit accord, stewed in golden honey. The base is pure amber luxury: mouthwatering Siam benzoin, caramel-rich and resinous, and the spiced vanillic warmth of Tolu balsam.
Nata's work is always evolving, and Devil's Delight is proof that the need to reformulate can lead to something generous and celebratory. The original architecture of tobacco and amber given a new facade of black cherry gloss, darker, bolder and devilishly delicious.
