Shipping policy

All orders at Sainte Cellier are prepared by hand, and many of the samples offered are made to order. Dispatch usually takes between three and five working days depending on the contents of your order.

Sample production is a careful and time-intensive process, and I create them in small batches to minimise non-recyclable waste. As a one-woman business, I personally prepare and pack every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Complimentary samples are included with full-size perfume purchases at full price. They are not included when a discount code is used.

Posting days: Monday to Friday

United Kingdom
Full-size perfume orders over £100 receive complimentary UK shipping.
Orders over £500 receive complimentary Special Delivery.
All other orders are sent using tracked services from Royal Mail.

International
All international orders, including samples, are shipped with FedEx.
Remote areas may incur an additional surcharge set by the courier, which will be invoiced separately if applicable.
