A Sigh of Dawn is the sound the world makes before it fully wakes. Frassaï's thirteenth creation captures a threshold most perfumery ignores: not the bright arrival of morning but the liminal exhalation just before it, when the air is still holding the night's warmth and the first light wakes humid and tentative, but already irreversible.

Perfumer Marypierre Julien, a Senior Perfumer at Givaudan who trained under both Jean-Louis Sieuzac and Bertrand Duchaufour, has built the composition around a tension between green transparency and woody depth.

Green mandarine opens with a sparkling, tart citrus brightness that gives way to the true heart of the composition: fig leaves. Luminous and vivid, with the milky, lactonic softness that fig fragrances are loved for, they carry the humid breath of a garden before the dew has burned off. Beneath this, an upcycled rice vanilla provides a quiet, creamy warmth that holds the green notes from below. Atlas cedarwood grounds the composition with a spiced, balsamic sweetness, its caramel depth accentuating the fig's lushness, creating a fragrance that's alive and generous.

A Sigh of Dawn is a fragrance that feels genuinely transitional: caught between dark and light, between coolness and warmth, between the last exhalation of sleep and the first conscious breath.
