Ensang Noir unfolds like a love letter written in shadow. In this composition, Bertrand Duchaufour explores the tension between passion and restraint through the image of a dark rose touched by smoke and ink.

The fragrance opens with a flash of metallic aldehydes and the green acidity of blackcurrant. These cool facets sharpen the air around the composition, creating an immediate sense of drama.

At the heart, a deep red rose emerges. Magnolia and peony lend softness to the floral structure, while the rose itself feels slightly darkened, as though its petals had been brushed with smoke.

The base settles into incense, woods and opoponax resin. These notes create a lingering warmth that feels mysterious and intimate, like the fading trace of ink on paper.

Ensang Noir moves between light and shadow, revealing a rose that burns quietly beneath its veil of smoke.
