Eau de Parfum
Calico is a Sunday morning that never has to end. Sun through bleached curtains, freshly washed sheets, a hot cup of tea and a kitten settling onto your pillow.
Perfumer Marissa Zappas has built this composition around one of perfumery's most tender accords: kitten fur, that warm, milky, slightly sweet scent of a sleeping animal. Toasted rice and bergamot open with quiet warmth. The heart unfolds into jasmine sambac, honeysuckle, warm milk, heliotrope and orange blossom, every note soft and unhurried.
Pillowy musk and clean vanilla close it with the gentleness of something you never want to leave. The morning silence interrupted only by purrs.
